Most of the work is in planning and getting your team ready. Once we have filmed, your content library is delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. For most clients the whole process runs over a couple of weeks: we have a short planning call, lock in a date, shoot on site, then deliver within two business days.

If you are organised, your people are available and your space is ready, we can usually shoot as soon as tomorrow and still hit the 48 hour turnaround.

We will send you a short checklist covering things like staff availability, tidy spaces, any consent forms and clothing guidelines. If you can make sure people know we are coming and have a main contact on the day, we will handle the rest.

Each package includes travel within Sydney, the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands. If your shoot is further away, we will let you know the extra travel cost up front.

It depends on the package and how many scenarios we plan, but as a guide you can expect a mix of wide shots, close ups, staff shots, details and short interview grabs. Even the smallest package will give you enough variety to post for months without repeating the same three images or videos.

Absolutely. That is the main purpose of the Planning Call. We don’t just show up; we plan a run-sheet to ensure we capture the specific assets you need for your upcoming marketing calendar.

This service focuses on building your raw asset library. However, editing into finished videos (e.g., case studies, social reels) is an optional add-on we can quote after the shoot once we see what we’ve captured.

You do, 100%. We retain the right to use snippets for our own promotion (unless NDA signed), but you receive the full commercial usage rights for life with no ongoing licensing fees.
